Tim and Capt. Joe are awesome. Tried selling my boat private party, and all I received were garbage, scam inquiries. They contacted me and offered to consign the boat. Within a couple of weeks they procured a solid buyer, all cash, and handed me a check a few days later. They made the process as easy as possible, and got me top dollar for my boat. Boat house of Anaheim has proved to be an outstanding dealership. The owner, Tim Jones and salesperson Capt. Joe were extremely honest and up front. Joe is very knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. Tim is a no nonsense professional. Everything they said they would do, they did. I had them sell my boat prior to my purchase. I could have sold it on my own, but they made it so easy it was worth the money. They handled all advertising, all the paper wok and the test run. I just picked up the check at the end of the transaction. I also purchased a brand new boat from Tim and Joe. Again, what they said they would do, they did. The financing company was excellent and responsive to what I needed. Capt Joe took me out for a several hour test run and explained the boat completely to me. The only issues I have encountered were completely the fault of the manufacturer. As soon as I notified Tim of the issues, he and Joe were at my slip making every attempt to fix the issues. When it was determined they could not fix it in the water, they made arrangements to pick up my boat and bring it to their shop. They made no excuses, but assured me what ever it took to make things right and make me happy they would handle it. And again they have proved to be men of their word. I know if I have any other issues(its a new boat, I will) they will take care of it. When I need regular boat maintenance or when I purchase another boat, I will be using Boat House of Anaheim.

I just sold my boat thru The Boat House of Anaheim and Tim Jones (the Owner) was my only contact person. He drew up the contract, handled all the advertising and showing the boat. He told me I would not hear one word from him unless I had a serious buyer. He was right, a few weeks later I received a call asking if I would take a few thousand less than my asking price and I agreed. He said the loan will be completed by next Thursday and you can pick up your check on Friday. This is exactly how it went down. I am Construction Project Manager and deal with a lot of people and dishonest people. I am here to tell you Tim is not dishonest, He is a straight shooter he has no problem sitting down and telling you what is going to happen, how its going to happen and when its going to happen. He does not beat around the bush nor does he sugar coat anything. If I am ever in the market to buy or sale a boat I will defiantly call him first. Tim was amazing from start to finish. We brought our boat to him to sell. He did the needed service on it to get it up to date and running smoothly and detailed it so it looked brand new. October, 18th, 2015 We live in the Panhandle of Idaho and had an offshore boat that we needed to sell. Potential customers were not willing to come north to look at our boat. I spent over a year researching the kind of boat that I thought I needed. I stumbled onto the Triumph boats on a Saturday night and went looking on a SUNDAY afternoon. My wife and I rolled into the Boat House just twenty minutes before closing. Tim was on the lot ready to button things up when I started in on him. He listened to what I had to say and simply pointed at the Triumph 1700 Skiff. He explained how it would perform and suit my needs. He took the time to write out the order sheet three times (I kept changing my mind about the toys) and walked me through the list of things that I would need to make my fishing vacation epic. All this well after closing time. When I told him I was going to drag the boat all the way to Seattle, he made sure I had everything I would need, right down to the (free) spare tire. He is not some kid who just sells boats; he knows boats! The boat was perfect for me and my family. It held the gear and then some. The performance on the water far exceeded my initial expectations. It was nice to be able to fish with other adults on the boat and not be on top of each other. We were turning heads all the way there and back. Great place to buy your boat if you are a novice or a pro, you will be happy. By the way, I gave Tim a very short time frame to make my sale happen, he was not only able t get the gear in (including a custom made Bimini Top) but had the boat fueled, detailed and ready to go a full day earlier than I expected! I was lucky enough to find my Triumph FS191 on boattrader.com. I called Tim and he was very helpful and patient with all my questions and request for various details and other photos. The extra seats installed and shipping to WI were done with care. One of the rollers was damaged during the transport and Tim was quick to send me a new one along with trailer carpet. Tim sold my Pro-Line 21 Walk awhile back during a very hard economy. I was relieved to sell the boat and it really was a very smooth and painless process. My boat sold very quickly, obviously due to Tims professionalism and expertice. If you need to sell your boat I recommend The Boathouse. I still come back to his website weekly keeping my eye on boats, I see some sitting here for awhile, but they probably are not serious about selling. You have to be able to negotiate to get it off your hands if you truly want it gone, like we did. And like I said the boat sold within the first month now I didnt have the worry of carrying the boat anymore. We ended up buying an RV so the whole family can enjoy. I had been looking for a boat for about 3 months when I finally stopped in to see one at The Boat House. It was a Friday night close to closing time, and Tim was there to help. We were shopping for a boat for a couple of weeks when we stumbled upon The Boat house of anaheim. This was our fist boat purchase and Tim was very helpful. He was never pushy or quick to make a sale. We went back three time to look at a boat before purchasing it and he never got frustrated like some sales people. When it came time to purchase the boat he had his mechanic go through the boat and check that everything was functional. He even replaced a gauge at not cost. He throughly went over features and functions of the boat before we left the lot. He even called later that day when we were out on the water to make sure that everything was ok.
